Terms of participation - Polish-Ukrainian matchmaking event (green technologies & constructon sectors)
By registering to the Polish-Ukrainian matchmaking event(green technologies & construction sectors) you accept the following terms, conditions and privacy statement:
- Participation in the event is free of charge.
- Your profile will only be published once you fulfill all the registration steps/requirements.
- Cancellations will only be managed through the platform, in this way other participants and the organizers will be notified and the meeting schedule automatically updated.

Fulfilling the legal obligation arising from the Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, we kindly inform you that:
- Personal data of the registered participants are to be processed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP or Administrator), with its seat in Warsaw, 00-834, at 81/83 Pańska Str. The Administrator may be contacted via e-mail address: biuro@parp.gov.pl or by mail, to the address given above.
- The Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development is Mr Miłosław Madziar, and his deputy is Mr Jacek Przygoda.
- In all matters relating to the processing of personal data, you can contact the DPO at: iod@parp.gov.pl.
- The processing of your personal data is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest, which has been entrusted to the Administrator, i.e. development of the internationalization of the economy, including export. Therefore, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (e) of the GDPR, pursuant to the Art. 4 (1) (3) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
- Submitted personal data are processed for the purpose of organisation of the Polish-Ukrainian matchmaking event(green technologies & construction sectors) (Event), organised in the framework of the project: “Support for the development of entrepreneurship and competitiveness of Ukrainian regions - cotinuation” implemented in cooperation with Polish Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy and co-financed under the Polish development cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
- Submitting the following data: first and last name, job position, telephone number, and e-mail address of the participant, as well as seat address of the represented entity and its VAT ID, is necessary for the purpose of participation in the Event.
- Submitting data other than listed in Art. 6, e.g. photograph of the participant, is voluntary and the legal basis for the processing of such data is Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. Submitting such data to the Administrator will be tantamount to consent to their processing for the purposes of organisation of the Event. At any time, a participant may withdraw consent to further processing of data other than those indicated in Art. 6. Withdrawal of consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before the withdrawal.
- Submitted personal data may be transferred to the following categories of data recipients: public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes arising from legal provisions, entities providing services necessary for the implementation of PARP's tasks, including IT partners, entities providing technical or organizational support, and, if necessary, other institutions involved in the implementation of the project. Personal data may also be processed in accordance with the principles and purposes set out in the privacy policy of the B2Match platform available at https://www.b2match.com/privacy-policy.
- Submitted personal data will be stored for the period of implementation by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development of the “Support for the development of entrepreneurship and competitiveness of Ukrainian regions - continuation” project for which the data was obtained.
- Personal data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.
- Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- At every stage of processing your personal data, you have the right to
- access your data, including obtaining information about the scope of data processed by the Administrator, and obtaining a copy of this data;
- modify and correct your data, including, if there are no other legal contraindications, limiting the scope of their processing;
- complete deletion of your data (‘right to be forgotten’), unless there are other legal contraindications;
- not be subject to automatic decisions based on profiling;
- object to improper processing of personal data (including withdrawal of consent);
- transferring data to another Data Administrator, if the data is processed in connection with the consent granted or a concluded contract;
- submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding improper data processing.
